The ESCRS Winter Meeting 2027 offers a variety of sponsorship opportunities to companies.

Please note that booking will open initially via restricted presales to the top 10 companies with priority points accumulated in 2026 (see information in the section below). Thereafter general sales will open to all companies on a first-come-first served basis.
Companies will be contacted by MCI and provided with access to the online booking system at the time of the sale that concerns them.

Exhibition space, symposia slots and branding opportunities are allocated based on a priority points system. Not only is this system deemed to be the fairest method of allocating exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, it also offers a variety of avenues to promote individual companies.

As in previous years, ESCRS will reward the top 10 companies with points accumulated through investment during the previous year’s ESCRS events (Congress and Winter Meeting) with the opportunity for priority booking.
General sales to all other companies (including companies that have not participated in 2026) will open on a first-come-first-served basis after this process has completed. The priority ranking will follow soon.
